How long can I hire a vehicle for?
From a single day right through to multi-year fleet contracts. Our most popular business agreements are 28-day rolling and 6 / 12 / 24-month contracts.
Is your fleet LEZ-compliant for Glasgow and Edinburgh?
Yes, every vehicle on our hire fleet meets the Euro 6 (diesel) emissions standard required for both the Glasgow and Edinburgh Low Emission Zones.
Do you offer electric vans?
Electric and hybrid options are available on request. Speak to our team about availability and charging arrangements.
What's included in the hire price?
Standard servicing and roadside assistance are included as part of every hire. Insurance can be arranged through us, or you can hire on your own fleet insurance - we'll let you know what's required.
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers must typically be aged 23–75 with a valid full UK / EU licence held for at least 12 months. Minibus drivers must hold the appropriate D1 entitlement. Full requirements are on our Driving Requirements page.
Is mileage included?
Each contract has a fair mileage allowance, agreed at booking based on the vehicle and length of hire. Excess mileage is charged at a clear pence-per-mile rate, with no hidden fees.
Do prices include VAT?
Quoted hire rates exclude VAT. VAT is added at the standard 20% rate on your invoice.
Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes - we can arrange delivery and collection across Central Scotland. Delivery is free within a set radius of Grangemouth; further afield is available at a small charge agreed upfront.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down?
Every vehicle on a long-term contract includes a replacement-vehicle commitment so your business keeps moving. Short-term hires are covered by our in-house workshop and roadside assistance.
Can I extend or end my hire early?
Yes - short-term hires can be extended at any time subject to availability, and longer contracts have flexible end terms compared with traditional leasing. We'll always make this easy.
