The medium van is the everyday workhorse of our fleet. It carries more than a small van, costs less to run than a large one, and still drives easily on town streets and tighter lanes. We hire ours from a single day up to 30 days, from our Grangemouth depot just off the M9.
When to Choose a Medium Van
A medium van handles a one or two-bedroom move, a sofa with a few boxes alongside, or a full van pack of tools and materials for the working week. Florists, decorators, joiners, and event teams use this size regularly. If your load is bigger than an estate car can manage but you don't need a Luton, a medium panel van is usually the right answer.
For a fridge-freezer, a long sofa, or a complete house move, our large vans give you more length and headroom. For smaller jobs, see small van hire.

What's Included In Your Hire
- Insurance arranged through our third-party provider, with an excess of up to £1,500
- 150 miles per day mileage allowance (0.12p per mile over)
- A clean, serviced van ready on collection
A £300 rental deposit is required on a debit or credit card in the driver's name. We do not accept prepaid cards.
Driver Requirements
Drivers must be 23 to 72 and have held a full UK licence for two years or more. Drivers aged 23 or 24 are charged a young driver surcharge of £25 a day, and additional drivers are £10 a day.
